Sample CSV files
Ready-made files you can open in Excel or Numbers, replace with your own data and import straight into the dashboard. Every file below is a real, working example: the same structure the plugin expects on each import screen.
Open the dashboard and sign in as Admin (or Store Manager).
Sidebar → Import from CSV, then pick the type of import.
Drop the file, check the preview and confirm: values land on the right month, week, day and agent.
CSV import is part of the Pro version. In the demo you can open the screens and see exactly how a file is read.
1Monthly targets
Admin Panel → Import from CSV → Monthly targets. One row per agent and month, one column per KPI.
Targets by year and month
The plain version: a Year and a Month column, then the target of each KPI for that agent.
Anno;Mese;Agente;Prodotto A CHF Target;Prodotto A Pezzi Target;Prodotto B CHF Target; ... 2026;10;Agente 1;6000;12;4500;15;4;2500;600;900;700;6 2026;10;Agente 2;6000;12;4500;15;4;2500;600;900;700;6
Targets with a date column
Same data, but with a single Date column instead of Year + Month — handy when the export of your system already gives you dates.
Data;Agente;Prodotto A CHF Target;Prodotto A Pezzi Target;Prodotto B CHF Target; ... 2026-10-01;Agente 1;6000;12;4500;15;4;2500;600;900;700;6 2026-10-01;Agente 2;6000;12;4500;15;4;2500;600;900;700;6
Targets, comma separated
Exactly the same data with a comma instead of a semicolon, to show that both separators are accepted.
Anno,Mese,Agente,Prodotto A CHF Target,Prodotto A Pezzi Target,Prodotto B CHF Target, ... 2026,10,Agente 1,6000,12,4500,15,4,2500,600,900,700,6 2026,10,Agente 2,6000,12,4500,15,4,2500,600,900,700,6
2Achieved results
Import from CSV → Weekly achievement. Values are added up on the week (or the month) they belong to.
Weekly achieved, per agent
One row per agent and week: the date can be any day inside that week, the plugin works out the ISO week by itself.
Data;Agente;Prodotto A CHF;Prodotto A Pezzi;Prodotto B CHF;Prodotto B Pezzi; ... 2026-10-04;Agente 1;1131;2;1004;1;0;848;74;287;229;0 2026-10-04;Agente 2;1731;2;638;1;1;728;67;223;103;3
Monthly achieved, cumulative
When you only have the month total per agent, instead of a week-by-week breakdown.
Anno;Mese;Agente;Prodotto A CHF;Prodotto A Pezzi;Prodotto B CHF;Prodotto B Pezzi; ... 2026;10;Agente 1;6903;8;5328;16;5;2541;646;1157;355;5 2026;10;Agente 2;6684;14;4107;14;4;2007;353;893;710;2
3Daily orders, product by product
Import from CSV → Daily orders. One row per order: rows of the same day and agent are summed automatically.
One row per order
The typical export of a till or an order system: many small rows, one per sale. Dates here use the dd.mm.yyyy format, also accepted.
Data;Agente;Prodotto A CHF;Prodotto A Pezzi;Prodotto B CHF;Prodotto B Pezzi; ... 01.10.2026;Agente 1;0;0;364;1;0;0;0;0;0;0 01.10.2026;Agente 1;0;0;0;0;2;0;0;0;0;0
Orders with an extra grouping column
Exports that carry a brand, a category or a supplier column plus amount and pieces. The extra column groups the rows, the rest is summed.
Data;Agente;Marca;Importo CHF;Pezzi 2026-10-01;Agente 1;Marca A;141;1 2026-10-01;Agente 1;Marca B;131;1
4Footfall & Conversion Rate
Import from CSV → Footfall & CR. One row per day of the store (never per agent).
Footfall and conversion rates
Visitors of the day plus the conversion rates, with or without the percent sign, comma or dot as decimal mark.
Data;Visite;CR A;CR B 01.10.2026;93;2.32%;2.34% 02.10.2026;83;2.31%;1.02%
Footfall only
When the counter gives you visitors alone: the conversion rate is then calculated by the dashboard from the pieces already entered.
Data;Visite 01.10.2026;93 02.10.2026;83
- Separator: semicolon
;or comma,— both work, no setting needed. - Dates:
2026-10-04,04.10.2026and04/10/2026are all read correctly. - Numbers:
1234.5or1234,5; percentages with or without%. - Agent names must match the names in Store Management. The store total goes on the
SHOProw. - KPI column names must match your KPIs. Rename your KPIs in Admin Panel → Rename KPI, or rename the columns in the file — whichever is quicker.
- Encoding: UTF-8. The “CSV UTF-8” export of Excel works as is.
- Nothing is written until you confirm the preview, and an import never deletes data that is not in the file.
